Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.**MUST Have:Active MN state OT licenseActive BLS – Must be AHAMin 1 year recent inpatient hospital experienceWilling to float to Outpatient if neededGeneral job duties. Types of procedures required. Evaluation and treatment of variety of adult patient diagnoses in the acute hospital setting. Diagnoses include general deconditioning, Total Joint replacement, post op ortho; some neuro diagnoses; general medical-surgicalEquipment utilized in the unit/dept. EPIC for electronic medical recordRequired skills and minimum years of experience.Experience in the acute care setting preferred; 1 year of experience in the past 3 years Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. MN Occupational Therapy Licensure; BLS-AHAShift or schedule requirements.M-F, day shift; no call or weekends; will not work aloneFloating to over units/departments. Would prefer willingness to cross training to SNF for intermittent coverage needs, but not a requirement. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.Hospital licensed for 118 but therapy caseload typically averages approximately 30-40 patientsDress Code: Charcoal grey scrubs or business casualTell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.Computer based orientation for organization, 1-1 EPIC and Dept orientation- All clinicians must badge in and out at facility- Scrub Color: Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) or business casual.*MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health.
