Shift is as follows: Mondays in inpatient and outpatient at Gold Beach location, and Tuesday-Thursday in outpatient in Brookings. ****Start date of 06/08****. Must have pediatric and adult experience***Current Oregon license. Must have some experience with all ages as the outpatient setting works with both adults and pediatrics. Curry HR has a strict compliance deadline of two weeks before start – For a 06/08 start a full compliance profile will be due 05/25. BLS and NPI# required.
