The therapist must demonstrate clinical competence and tailor treatments to the patient s age and specific needs.Key Responsibilities: Patient Evaluation & Planning: Assess patient abilities, set functional goals, and create individualized treatment plans. Treatment Delivery: Administer therapy safely and adjust plans as needed, involving patients and families throughout. Documentation: Complete thorough, timely, and compliant documentation of assessments and progress. Communication: Effectively communicate with medical staff, patients, and families to ensure quality care and collaboration. Flexibility: Adapt to schedule changes and assist across care areas. Supervision & Delegation: Oversee support staff and students, ensuring competency and compliance with regulations. Operational Contribution: Support departmental improvement initiatives and productivity goals.Collaboration: Interact with various internal and external stakeholders to support patient care. Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel hours equivalent to the weekly guaranteed hours for the assignment 36, 40, or 48 for a 13 week assignment. For all 26-week assignments, the cancellation policy will be doubled.
