Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive rehab team in Norfolk, Virginia. Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans

• Guide patients through therapeutic activities to improve mobility and daily function

• Document patient progress and communicate updates to supervising OT

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs and adaptive strategies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient care

Requirements

• Active Virginia COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

• Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
