Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join a supportive rehab team in Mount Olive, North Carolina. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and daily living exercises

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist

• Monitor and document patient progress

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy exercises

• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary rehab team

Requirements

• Active North Carolina OTA license (or ability to obtain)

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited OTA program

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills

• Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
