Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and function

• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and consistently

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and at-home exercises

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico OTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in a rehab or clinical setting preferred
