Occupational Therapist

Seven Healthcare is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Watertown, New York. This position is ideal for an OT who is passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized rehabilitation plans offering $65,600 to $108,200 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to create individualized treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic activities to improve ADLs (activities of daily living), fine motor skills, and functional mobility

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs

• Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)

• Active OT license in the state of New York (or eligibility to obtain)

• NBCOT certification required

• BLS certification preferred

• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, SNF, or rehab settings a plus

• Strong communication, time management, and patient-care skills
