Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living skills and functional independence

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Monitor and document patient progress in compliance with regulations

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and exercises

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Participate in discharge planning and team meetings

Requirements

• Active New Mexico OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Strong communication, assessment, and patient care skills

• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
