Job details: Experienced Occupational Therapist required. The Single Point of Access team has a high input / request for urgent cases involving OT needs and especially moving and handling or people cases, these are building up quickly and leave people and the service at risk. This is a community-based role, where assessments are offered over a five-day period. There is some flexibility with working from home where appropriate, however this is limited due to the nature of the role. Initially, the team would expect office attendance until familiar with the role, team and processes. Virtual assessments are not offered, they must face to face and in practice this means the post holder will be in the office/community 3 days a week.
