Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver quality care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and progress

• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and treatment planning skills

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting preferred
