Position Details:

• Job Title: Occupational Therapist

• Location: Bloomfield, NM

• Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/Skilled Nursing (customize if needed)

• Schedule: 5x8s, Days

• Pay Range: $44–$49/hr

• Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living activities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and assistive devices

• Participate in discharge planning, team meetings, and interdisciplinary care coordination

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Strong communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
