Position Details

• Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI

• Pay: $38–$42/hr

• Schedule: 5x8s Day Shift (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to patients

• Assess functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans

• Help patients improve or regain skills needed for daily living and working

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience in a rehab or clinical setting preferred
