Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate orientation, education, and ongoing training for nursing staff

• Promote clinical excellence and compliance with state and federal standards

• Evaluate staff competencies and identify training needs

• Collaborate with leadership to implement quality improvement initiatives

• Serve as a mentor and resource for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Maine (required)

• Current BLS certification (required)
