Key Responsibilities

As the Nurse Manager, you will:

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinical and operational functions of Radiology nursing services
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure a high standard of patient care
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and administrative leaders on workflows and quality initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold hospital policies and safety standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement efforts
• Support departmental goals related to patient satisfaction, throughput, and team development
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication across multidisciplinary teams

Schedule Details

Day Shift:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full‑time, 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN Licence
• BSN required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) preferred
  Required if ACLS is mandatory for staff in supervised departments
• CNML certification preferred
  Must be obtained within 3 years of hire if not already certified
• Demonstrated managerial competency and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows, procedural care, or acute‑care services
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team‑building abilities
• Flu vaccine required — no exemptions
