MRI Technologist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI imaging examinations in accordance with departmental protocols
• Ensure correct patient positioning, MRI safety compliance, and optimal image quality
• Prepare and screen patients, delivering clear communication throughout the procedure
• Maintain MRI scanners, ancillary equipment, and exam room readiness
• Participate in on-call duties as assigned
• Complete Point-of-Care Testing training during orientation
• Support patient comfort and safety, including assisting with lifting up to 50 lbs

Schedule Details

• Night Shift – 12-hour shifts
• Full time – 36 hours per week
• Includes on-call coverage

Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) Certification – Magnetic Resonance Imaging
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Associate’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1 year’s MRI experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication, patient-care, and technical imaging skills
