Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting permanent opportunity for a Medical Technologist in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $27.17 to $40.76, based on experience, for three 12-hour night shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Medical Technologist:

• Perform and analyze laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank

• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality test results in compliance with laboratory protocols

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex lab instruments and analyzers

• Perform and document quality control checks and participate in proficiency testing

• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding test results

• Follow safety and infection control standards while maintaining accurate documentation

• Assist in maintaining laboratory supplies and workflow efficiency

Requirements of the Medical Technologist:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field

• Oklahoma state licensure (if applicable)

• 1+ years of lab experience with high complexity testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
