Licensed Practical Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for an 11-week local assignment in Kennebunk, Maine, offering $260 per day. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to supervising RNs or physicians
• Document clinical observations, vitals, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner
• Support CNAs with ADLs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Uphold infection control practices and compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Provide respectful, compassionate care that prioritizes resident dignity and comfort

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Maine (required)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently during evening shifts
