Local Licensed Practical Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Seven Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-week local assignment in Farmington, Maine, offering $1,152 per week. This role consists of three 12-hour night shifts per week in a skilled nursing facility. Primary Responsibilities of the LPN

• Provide direct nursing care to residents following care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes promptly

• Accurately document observations, vitals, and care provided

• Support CNAs and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain infection control standards and ensure regulatory compliance

• Deliver compassionate care that prioritizes resident comfort and dignity

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active LPN license in Maine (required)

• Current BLS certification (required)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work three 12-hour night shifts per week for the duration of the 12-week contract
