Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in residents’ conditions

• Support RNs and LPNs with clinical and care-related tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and common areas

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Ensure patient dignity, safety, and comfort at all times

• Follow care plans and report concerns to the nursing team

Requirements:

• Active CNA license in Maine (required)

• Current BLS certification (required)

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
