Seven Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week local assignment in Belen, New Mexico, offering $186 per week. Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant
- Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Assist nurses and other team members in ensuring resident well-being
- Uphold infection control procedures and safety standards
- Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to all residents
Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant
- Active CNA certification in New Mexico (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA
- Must be local to Belen, NM
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts
