Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a role in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Andover, Massachusetts offering a daily rate of $465. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in an LTC/SNF setting

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Monitor residents’ health and report changes in condition

• Support activities of daily living and maintain patient dignity and comfort

• Document care accurately and follow established care plans

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts (required)

• BLS certification (required)

• At least 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings (preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced care environment
