Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected healthcare facility in Silver City, NM. The LPN will play an essential role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities of the LPN:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of an RN or physician.

• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, condition, and response to treatment.

• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.

• Educate patients and their families about care, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Support infection control and safety procedures.

• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Active NM LPN License (or Compact License).

• Current BLS Certification.

• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN.
