Key Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will:
-
Deliver basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider
-
Administer medications and injections accurately and on schedule
-
Monitor and document patient status and vital signs
-
Support wound care, hygiene, and mobility needs
-
Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans
-
Comply with all regulations, safety protocols, and documentation standards
Qualifications
-
Active LPN license in the state of New York
-
BLS certification required
-
Experience in long-term care, outpatient, or primary care settings is a plus
-
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
-
Strong organizational and patient-care skills
