RTO must be included at time of initial submission, RTO cannot be changed or added once offered same for extensions, once requested it cannot be altered. RTO – should not exceed 7 days and if more than 4 consecutive days, an additional week will be added on to the back end of the contract for new contracts. Most locations and units will allow for one major holiday off during the winter season, but please refer to the individual job posting for more specifics per job/unit.
