Operates and calibrates all equipment in the area of specialization,evaluates the validity of laboratory data, records test results, communicates with physician, pathologistsand nursing staff regarding test procedures and results.Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology American Society for Clinical Pathology – Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)Preferred Qualifications Experience with EPIC preferred. Experience with Vitros, Unity and WellSky preferred. ASCP Speciality certifications preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Housing: Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. It s extremely expensive, especially in the winter. Please consider housing options in the surrounding towns: Basalt, Carbondale, & Glenwood Springs. $3,500/month is common for a 1BR apartment in Basalt.
