Requirements for Submission Medical Technologist (MT Only) Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Technologist (MT only) Do NOT submit MLTs No healthcare professionals with a 180+ day non-clinical employment gap Certification & Licensure: ASCP or AMT certification required at time of submission Florida License Immunohematology Technologist required at time of submission Skills & Expectations: Must be agile and able to multi-task Cross-training and multi-tasking required Experience with Wellsky /Ortho Vision, Vista ChemNo unexplained work history gaps over 30 days Submission Checklist: Must include Facility Type, EMR used, and Bed Count At least 1 reference dated within the last 12 months Must be interview-ready (Unit Manager interviews) Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs No permeable shoes FL ACHA Reminder: May take up to 14 business days to process from time of receipt RTO Policy: No RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of a new assignment Maximum 8 days of RTO allowed on a 13-week contract Float Required: NoCertifications: Med Tech Certification (Equivalency); Guaranteed Hours:40
