Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures such as angiograms, stent placements, biopsies, and drain insertions

• Operate and maintain fluoroscopy and radiographic imaging equipment

• Prepare and position patients, ensuring safety and comfort

• Monitor patients during procedures and assist with post-procedure care

• Maintain sterile technique and follow hospital safety protocols

• Accurately document procedures and patient data

• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography; IR certification preferred

• BLS required; ACLS preferred

• Minimum 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience

• Proficient in vascular access, sterile procedures, and radiology equipment

• Strong communication, technical, and critical thinking skills
