Position Requirements:

  1. Experience Required: 2+ years
  2. Certs Required: ACLS, BLS
    • License Required:  NY state licence

Profile Requirements:

  1. Updated Resume
  2. Skills checklist (within 1 year)
  3. X3 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
  4. COVID vaccination and booster (If applicable)
  5. Driver’s license
  6. Any other specialty related certifications: BLS, ACLS, etc.
  7. Attestation and RTR sent via Signable once this email is confirmed.
