Director of Surgical Services

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Surgical Services for a full-time, permanent leadership position in Mayfield, Kentucky. Key Responsibilities
As Director of Surgical Services, you will:

• Oversee operations of surgical departments including the OR, PACU, Pre-op, and Sterile Processing

• Lead and manage clinical teams to achieve departmental goals and quality benchmarks

• Collaborate with providers and administrative leadership to ensure safe and efficient surgical care

• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and hospital standards

• Manage staffing, budgets, and departmental performance metrics

• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Kentucky (or compact eligible)

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred

• 5+ years of perioperative nursing experience, including 2+ years in leadership

• Proven ability to lead diverse surgical teams in hospital or surgical center settings

• Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills
