Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Nursing – Rehabilitation Services, you will:

• Oversee the operations of the rehabilitation nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitative nursing care

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and hospital leadership to meet patient care goals

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards

• Lead performance improvement initiatives focused on outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement

• Mentor and support professional development for nursing and ancillary staff

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree (MSN or MHA) preferred

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with 3+ years in nursing leadership, preferably in rehab or post-acute settings

• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation care standards and interdisciplinary team collaboration

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive results
