Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Camden, Maine. This is a full-time contract position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Serve as a resource for clinical guidance and staff education
Requirements
- Active Maine RN license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
