Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Nursing, you will:

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care

Supervise nursing staff and department managers, promoting professional development and team cohesion

Manage staffing, budgeting, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies
-
Collaborate with hospital leadership and other departments to meet strategic goals
-
Drive patient satisfaction and support a culture of safety and accountability
Qualifications
-
Active RN license in the state of West Virginia (or compact state eligibility)
-
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree (MSN or MHA) preferred

BLS certification required

Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience

Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with rural or community healthcare environments is a plus
