Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will:

• Support the unit manager in overseeing daily clinical operations

• Coordinate patient care delivery to ensure high standards of quality and safety

• Act as a liaison between patients, nurses, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members

• Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff, assisting with training and development

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and policy implementation

• Monitor compliance with hospital protocols, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical nursing experience (leadership experience strongly preferred)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a clinical environment
