Key Responsibilities
As Clinical Nursing Manager – Emergency Room, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of the ER, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Manage staffing, workflow, and resource allocation to support departmental needs
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering growth and accountability
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
• BSN required; MSN or leadership training preferred
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Previous leadership, charge, or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and team leadership skills
