This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $103,646.40 to $160,659.20, based on experience, for five 8-hour day shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Manager RN:

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for assigned nursing units

• Supervise and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care

• Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with physicians, department directors, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs

• Lead performance improvement initiatives and support ongoing staff education and development

• Participate in budgeting, quality assurance, and strategic planning for departmental success

Requirements of the Clinical Manager RN:

• Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred

• Current BLS certification.

• 2-4 years of related experience.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
