Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every 3rd weekend call is from Friday 5pm CST Monday 0630 CST. (primarily 0630-1500 Sat/Sun). Will rotate through upcoming Holidays on the team they are placed onRequired Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRTWill accept RCIS or RCES if they also have the LCCR. Required for them to scrub procedures in the state of Indiana.Minimum Experience: MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE- 2 years experience preferablyCharting/Equipment: EPIC/CUPID , GE MacLab/CardioLabRequired skills: Cardiac: Diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and Interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including supply and equipment usage such as: PTCA/Stent, Shockwave IVL, Rotapro Atherectomy, CSI Atherectomy, IABP, Impella CP, IVUS(Philips), iFR/FFR(High volume, High priority)Vascular for Gateway Campus: EKOS Thrombolysis, INARI Thrombectomy (low volume/low priority)Neurovascular: Diagnostic/Interventional Neurovascular procedures (low priority)Preferred experience (not required): Structural Heart experience(TAVR, LAAO, PFO/ASD) Unit information: 12-15 cases per day between Cath & EP. 2 RTs on the unit for Cath Lab. 1 fulltime RT and 1 part time RT for EP. 16 RNs between Cath & EP. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required – Subject to changeGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
