Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will:

• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations

• Assist with staff supervision, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

• Participate in audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Serve as a resource for clinical staff and help maintain high nursing care standards

• Promote a culture of compassion, safety, and professionalism among nursing teams

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts

• BLS certification required

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing care
