The Gypsy Nurse Spring Virtual Conference 2022: Exploring Stress Relief & Yoga Techniques in Moments of Burnout
Our lives have natural peaks and valleys, and often what is achievable for us during peak season isn’t as easily achievable during valley season. That doesn’t mean that we can’t; it just means that we have to learn different methods and adjust our perspectives. We’ll learn about the value of breath awareness and simple breathwork yoga techniques and move through simple stretches that travel nurses can quickly do almost anywhere to help destress and self-regulate.
* Wear comfortable clothing, stretches and breathwork can be done from a chair or floor. Yoga Mat optional. *
