About Shannon:
Shannon Nelson is an Arkansas native who has over 9+ years of digital marketing experience. She graduated with her Master’s in Marketing in 2017 and received her certification in Communications in 2018. Being the newest member of our team, Shannon joined The Gypsy Nurse in 2021. In this role, she will create and curate shareable content, manage email marketing and social media campaigns, oversee paid searches, and more. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, blogging, and spending time with her family.
About Rachel:
Rachel is our Online Community Manager. As The Gypsy Nurse’s first employee, she has helped grow and manage our travel nurse community since 2014. She has a background in Communications and Graphic Design from Indiana University. She recently spoke at the National Social Media Week Conference in 2019 about our rapidly growing Travel Nurse Network group on Facebook. She enjoys traveling, yoga, graphic design, and spending time with her 2 rescue dogs, Chewy and Gilly.
