Sara Winters is a Nebraska native with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management. In her 11+ years of integrated advertising experience, she has made an impact within the healthcare staffing industry.
With 8 years of experience at Fusion, she has spent the last 3 years as their Director of Marketing, immersing herself in multiple aspects of Digital Marketing. Sara’s expertise includes organizational leadership, marketing strategy, creative direction, lead acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and brand development and management. She also has a history of high success with user experience, heavily focused on providing meaningful experiences to healthcare travelers across the country.
When Sara is not working, she is actively volunteering within her community and is currently on the board as President-Elect for the American Marketing Association (AMA) Omaha Chapter. She enjoys hiking and outdoor adventures with her fiancé, playing with her Beagle and Chiweenie dogs, and continuously attempting to hone her gardening green thumb around her house.
