Great hospital to work for. Night shift ED staff was amazing. 3:1 ratios most of the time, then 4:1 from 3a-7a. Good resources, helpful charge nurses and management is by far the best that I've seen. I stayed for 8 months and would go back! Epic charting, red/grey/black scrubs.
