RN4:1 ratio. Very helpful team, but the entire ED is staffed by travelers. You hold on to several admitted patients and the population is heavy on ETOH withdrawal, drugs, psych, and behavioral health. All sick patients are taken to EDRU which is staffed by full-time staff members. Major con is with supplies. You have to hunt for supplies and it's still difficult to find. Biggest pro is communication with doctors using Tiger Text.Morgan, Emergency Room
