Crisis Response, I knew this would be a challenging assignment. 4 weeks—high paying. Management didn't care about the issues. Would give nurse 1:8-1:9 on a "dated" floor which was their COVID unit. No continuous pulse ox or vitals in the room. Poor Management, few staff nurses they had run the show and scheduled one CNA for a 40+ bed unit. I would not recommend them.
