Travel RNBy far the worst hospital I have ever worked in over my 18 yrs of being an RN and 5 years of working travel assignments. Lack of communication is a huge issue and management plays favorites, is not supportive of the nurses, and enables slacker nursing assistants to not provide excellent patient care. The charge nurse is very unprofessional and yells at the nurses every day. The orientation process is very rushed and there isn't any team work on the unit.
