RNThe hospital has many RN’s available as resource nurses when needed. In critical care I never got more than 2 patients. They use Cerner for charting and the onboarding process was lengthy. You do not get to choose your schedule and in order to have certain days off you must swap with someone. People are friendly and they have a phlebotomy department to draw labs. ICU RN review- day shift assignmentDecent ratios, recently this spring had a lot of tripled med-surge assignments which can be frustrating for some ICU nurses. If you're wanting to pick up additional shifts, forget about it. Super out-dated ICU, management can be a little frustrating as well. The floor staff are amazing though, and that's why I give it a 4/5. Super helpful!ICU, RN ICU
