The unit was great, the hospital was notI didn't hate my time here but I didn't renew either. The nurses and manager were great and tried their best to support you. There are no techs for the unit so you total care on all your patients and they do triple often. They have a rotation so you don't get tripled ever shift, same for floats. You can float to the all units including ER and L&D. They use Meditech so it's difficult to chart and find orders at first. I had heard some rough things about HCA hospitals but I did enjoy this assignment because of the staff.Megan, Travel RN MICU/ Neuro ICU
