RNI would not recommend this place until they do an overhaul on the CV surgeons and some of the intensivists. They are obnoxious and rude to the nurses. Extremely difficult to work with.Yelling at nurses and other departments in the hallway and in front of patients.They hire ICU nurses and use them as float pool.I only worked on my home unit 2 shifts .Sandra Leder, CVICU CVICU
