RNVery poor experience on this ICU unit. Was not rotated on pulls with other staff as per contract. Could be pulled to other ICU's or Telemetry. I was well appreciated by staff when pulled to 5 East (Medical ICU) or 6 East (CICU) who were in more dire need of help than this unit. Pulled 2 of 3 shifts each week. This faculty is very travel friendly. This was my first travel assignment and it has made the transition from a full time staffing to travel nurse a breeze. I work on South 10 and this faculty is amazing, they don’t neglect the travelers. The nurses are very friendly and helpful.R.A, RN South 10
