RNThis is a nursing home. I was told that my role would be both Emergency department and some med/surg, but what has resulted is me being assigned 14 LTAC patients. The staff nurses here are absolutely lovely people. The management is new and it shows. I cancelled after 8 weeks.Rachel, "ER" Townsend, MT
"MedSurg Contract"25 bed unit hospital where roughly 15+ are long term care and a few patients will be "swing"; they will be treated at bigger facilities in Helena or Bozeman, and then come to this hospital for P.T until they are cleared to go home.The worst management I have ever worked with. They will attempt to refuse to oblige by your contracted hours, communication is nonexistent with nursing staff and management, schedule is constantly being changed without any notice to staff. Management is more interested in money then patient safety/care.Some staff will make it known that they do not like travelers, while other staff is very welcoming to travelers. I do not recommend coming here, the only reason I did not break contract was because I wanted to see Montana.Molly, LPN Townsend, MT
