This was my first travel assignment and overall not a bad experience. Royal Blue scrubs, facility used Cerner which was difficult to get used to. Two floor managers were pleasant but micromanaged which got old. 4-5:1 pt ratios on day shift, often short staffed. PCTs very helpful. Charge nurse sometimes had an assignment but staff was always around to help. Good amount of travelers. Small community hospital so never got floated to other floors.
